The Club at Sunset is partnering with /ˈinər/ /streNG(k)TH/ to bring new class offerings focused on the fundamentals of release, stabilization, and strength to enhance your everyday movement.
Instructors Michele Kitching and Jo Haines, both Sunset Ridge Residents, look forward to sharing their passion for the healing power of movement. Their focus is on self-care, recovery from daily stresses, activities and the general wear and tear we encounter along the way. Utilizing myofascial release techniques, dynamic stretching and resistance training we will invite calm and ease back into our lives.
So, if you golf, play tennis, run and/or run around after the kids this class is definitely for you! Come join us to release, recover, relax and reset.
Beginning in February classes will be held at 8 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays at the North Pool. Do you have a group of 5 or more that would like to a certain day or time? Email us to check availability!
